The thoughts were so vivid, I would have to get out of bed to go check on him. I would cry and blow my nose and tell myself I needed to stop doing this. Eventually, the thoughts waned. He now takes care of me as I get older and don't get around as much. I do have a thirteen-year-old who was found to have a heart murmur during a routine check-up and this is the scenario that went through my mind in the twenty-four hours before he was seen by a cardiologist and proclaimed to be in perfect health. I have a heart murmer and it was discovered when I was 10, The doctors watch it and I am supposed to have it checked once a year, but no one has ever suggested surgery. Is this a true story?
