New Creations Blogfest

Check out the "New Creations" blogfest over on "My Inner Fairy".  You're to post a last sentence of a WIP from last year and a first sentence from a WIP from this year. Here are my entries:

    Great lines! The first brings a sense of great accomplishment after adventure, the second is so powerfully sad.

    Ooo...a happy ending in the last line. I can feel their raw emotion, even though I haven't read the story. The new line has me intrigued!
