Yep, you heard me right, but that's not all. All authors participating in this month's event have also generously donated a Kindle copy of one of their books so you'll already have some great stories to read when you curl up with your new Kindle!! To enter, just complete all the easy entries on the Rafflecopter on the bottom of this page. Today let's hear from author TJ Marshall and what he's thankful for:

What I'm thankful for… MY CHILDREN! (Well, most of the time.)

Before I begin, I would like to thank Mysti for coming up with this great blog theme. I think it's great to reflect on your life and give thanks for the things you have. Many times we live in a state of perpetual need we don't realize just how much we already have. This gave me an opportunity to do just that.

Anyway, I think it's obvious to anyone who knows me, that what I am most thankful for is my children. However, many people don't realize I have four. I generally only talk about my two youngest girls, but I also have two adult children and a grandson as well.

First on my list is my stepson Chris. This handsome young man saved me from insanity of living in a household consisting of a herd of females. He is my oldest child, at age 26 and is married and has a son of his own. I am most thankful for having him in my life because he always made me laugh. I could tell a million stories about him and the comical things he did while growing up.

Next is my beautiful stepdaughter Amanda. She is the embodiment of female grace and style. Although hard headed and almost always stubborn, she kept me in check, always making me double think about what I was telling her. (She a manipulative minx, for sure.)

Then comes Courtney. I am so lucky to have her in my life. She possesses a self-awareness that is beyond what most fully grown adults have, and has a sense of humor that would humble most professional comics. I am in awe of her when she talks about her friends and her day to day activities.

Finally, I come to Shea, the intellectual. She is smarter as an 11 year old, then I'll ever hope to be. But that isn't all. She uses her wit to devise tricks to play on her sisters and many times on me. You have to always be on your guard when it comes to Shea. She will out-think you in a heartbeat.

Anyway, these four are what I am most thankful for. I couldn't imagine my life without any of them in it and I love them all tremendously.
