30 Days of Thankfulness + Big Giveaway #2

Welcome to November and Unwritten's next BIG event, 30 Days of Thankfulness, featuring a tremendous giveaway that will be PERFECT for a reader on your Christmas list...or a gift for yourself!!! We are giving away a...

Yep, you heard me right, but that's not all. All authors participating in this month's event have also generously donated a Kindle copy of one of their books so you'll already have some great stories to read when you curl up with your new Kindle!! To enter, just complete all the easy entries on the Rafflecopter on the bottom of this page. Today and all other days that aren't spoken for, I'll be taking the reins to tell you about some things I'm thankful for :

My Husband Bryan

How many people can say they are married to their high school sweetheart and first real boyfriend? I can! Though we knew each other all through school, our first date was February 12, 1993, during our junior year. We watched an absolutely horrible movie called Hot Shots Part Deux. He let me have most of the popcorn and looked hot in his leather jacket, so I knew he was a keeper.

We've been married 17 years now, through richer and poorer, sickness and health, and three crazy kiddos.

What's not to love about my husband? He's a great cook.

He's not afraid to try new things.

He can even sew!

He puts up with my cat hoarding.

And my weirdness.

He looks great in blue!

We make the coolest babies!

He even takes me shoe shopping.

Yeah, I think I'll keep him. :)

  3. Great post! But I draw the line at shoe-shopping :)

If you're still looking for authors to fill in "empty" days I'd be happy to join in and donate an e-copy of Ghosts, but I can't see anywhere that says what's involved or what kinds of authors you were looking for.

    1. Hi Ian! I had a deadline of Oct. 31, but I didn't advertise it as soon or widely as I should have. Here's the sign-up link if you want to grab a remaining date. I'm asking everyone to donate a minimum of $5 to contribute toward the prizes. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040b4aa4aa28a20-30days
